- Does not process transactions
- Does not guarantee savings or coupon validity
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes confirmation that you meet this requirement.
3. PAID, SPONSORED & PROMOTED LISTINGS
You acknowledge that:
- Some listings are paid advertisements
- Merchants may compensate us for placement or visibility
- Sponsored status does not imply endorsement or verification
- Ranking or placement does not indicate deal quality
4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools
- Copy or reuse content for commercial purposes
- Circumvent security features
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (IF APPLICABLE)
If you submit content:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant CouponsClipper a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it
- We may remove or restrict content at our sole discretion
6. FAIR USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
CouponsClipper uses such marks under nominative fair use solely to:
- Identify merchants
- Reference products
- Display coupons or offers
No endorsement or affiliation is implied.
7. DMCA & IP COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
CouponsClipper complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
Submit an IP Complaint
A valid notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work
- URL(s) of allegedly infringing content
- Contact details of the rights holder
- Good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Physical or electronic signature

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

- CouponsClipper’s total liability shall be ₹0 INR / $0 USD
- We are not liable for losses, damages, or missed savings
- Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CouponsClipper from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. CLASS ACTION & JURY WAIVER
You waive the right to:
- Participate in class actions
- Jury trials
All claims must be brought individually.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
